We often see examples of wood carving and ivory carving, but in this case, we say "fresh vegetables and fruit carving". On Friday, Bangkok Post photographer Pawat Laopaisarntaksin went to the Grand Mercure Bangkok Fortune Hotel for an exhibition honouring Her Majesty the Queen.
